| Requirements |
| Must have Bachelor's degree in a business discipline. 3-5 years sales experience in the banking industry - Preferrably in Retail Banking (Branch Manager, Consumer Loan Rep., Mortgage Originator, etc...). Need to have comprehensive knowledge of small business and consumer product lines. Proven sales performance required. Formal credit training a plus. |
| Description |
| Responsibilities: 80% New Business development, 20% Relationship Management Responsible for selling complete line of small business bank products and services. Focus is on businesses with credit needs of $100K or less and/or average deposit balances of $10-50K. Will act as a Small Business Rep. for a designated group of branches, and act on referrals from those branches. Responsible for heavy prospecting and cold-calling of new small business customers. Aggressive and growth oriented individuals wanted!! Compensation includes base salary plus performance bonus. Bank also provides excellent benefits package....
