Qualifications: United States permanent residency status is required. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must. Minimum of 5 years of experience within construction, or Machine Tool industries a must. Candidate must have strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills. Must have solid influential communication skills; ability to work with a high sense of urgency; the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with problem-solving skills; proven performance as a skilled negotiator; and experience with Microsoft Office products. Must be proficient with AutoCad #14 and 3D Solidworks v. 05-06. Will consider Pro E experience but prefers SolidWorks.
Education and/or Experience: BS Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering is required plus a minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive, heavy fabrication or product-manufacturing field.
