| Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Qualified candidates must have 5-9 years experience in design engineering , Machine Tool, Construction Equipment, or Gantry and /or Crane industries. Knowledge of Machine Tool electrical systems, hydraulic systems or pneumatics is a plus! : A four-year degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Candidate needs a minimum of 5-9 years relevant design experience from a custom OEM Manufacturer. Will need experience with specification and qualification of electronic components as well as experience with hardware design and PLC programming. Must have solid influential communication, organizational, project management, presentation, and customer service skills. Must possess the ability to lead change and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office Product. |

| Qualifications: United States permanent residency status is required. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within automotive, construction equipment, Machine Tool industries, OEM Equipment Industry is required. Candidate must have strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills. Must have solid influential communication skills; ability to work with a high sense of urgency; the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with problem-solving skills; proven performance as a skilled negotiator; and experience with Microsoft Office products is needed. Must have a working knowledge of AutoCad #14 and 3D Solidworks v. 05-06. Will consider Pro E experience but prefers SolidWorks. Education and/or Experience: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering is required plus a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an automotive, heavy fabrication or OEM equipment manufacturing field. ..
