Responsibilities Sampling, start-up process development, trouble shooting, and process optimization for qualification of all new tooling utilizing an in depth knowledge of the appropriate tools to do the job (RPG, SPC, DOE, CpK, etc.) On-going process monitoring and technical engineering support for improvement of existing programs. (i.e. cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, defect level reduction, etc.) Trouble-shooting process/product/equipment problems, and material testing and resolution of tooling issues. Determine and implement action plans for resolution of process deficiencies Supervise and train staff of Process Technicians Requirements
