Mike is a seasoned professional with 18 years experience as the President/CEO of a Boutique Recruiting
Practice specializing in the acquisition and placement of Senior Level Management within the Packaging
and Banking Industry. Before starting his practice he spent 19 years with a Fortune 100 and 300 Packaging
Company managing Sales and Marketing and Operations Management at the Corporate, Divisional and Regional
levels. He has a unique understanding and in-depth knowledge of business practices plus a network of Industry
contacts that are second to none. He personally targets a select group of clientele within the Packaging and
Banking Industry and has staffed complete organizations from C-level down to Divisional and the Operations level.
He earned a BS in Marketing and Finance from the University of Toledo and is married with two grown children.
